We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your dermal filler and/or neurotoxin appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request advance notice. To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $25. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and a no-show fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file. We strive to maintain a timely schedule for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the treatment duration. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Cancellation fees and no-show fees are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid services will be provided at the discretion of Aesthetic Artistry by Kim management. All appointment changes or cancellations must be communicated directly with Aesthetic Artistry by Kim through our designated contact channels. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to find a convenient alternative time that suits your schedule.
